This will make 6 small pancakes so double up if you want a family feast.
First you need to make the pancake batter.
1.Put the milk, egg and flour into a bowl and blend, either by hand with a whisk or use an electric mixer.
Now it's time to get cooking.
2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until it is hot then add enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan.
3. Use a spatula to loosen the edges as it cooks. Give it approx 2 minutes and then turn it over (give it a flip if you dare!). Cook for about 2 minutes on the other side.
4. Serve with your favourite topping. Honey and fresh raspberries are particularly popular at PFA HQ.
