So how does it work? Spend some time going through different styles and genres of music with each other. Create a playlist of your favourites as you go. Gradually narrow it down until you have picked a song each that makes you feel GOOD and HAPPY. Or perhaps you will end up with a song that you all love and it can become your family theme song.
Then what? Well, you listen to it! Either at times when you are feeling happy or perhaps when sometimes you need cheering up. This is your happy song and it chose you. Enjoy it and make some lovely memories with the song playing as your own personal soundtrack.
